Permalink Reply by Leopardo on January 4, 2008 at 1:25pm: This is from a documentary from the early 50's called "Dança de Guerra" . Bimba does not play in the roda but is in the bateria. Others who play music/capoeira in this clip include Traíra, Curió, Nagé, Waldemar, Caiçara and Crispim.
I actually have the whole video kicking around somewhere.
It's been on youtube for a couple of years and it still inspires me!
