My name is Bolinha, it was given by my first Contra-Mestre, Contra-Mestre Bundo. Yes..."little ball".. Everyone that's heard my name kept on saying "awwww...how cute." hahahah the reason i got that name was the exact opposite! it's a rather long story, so if you are curious, ask me. My real name is Freya, you can call me either or...whatever is easy for you.

I've been playing capoeira since 2004, where I was baptized by Mestre Tarzan in 2005. I now live in New York and
I train with Capoeira Angola Quintal, under Mestre Ombrinho.
