About Me:

after doing 10 years of Jiu-Jitsu (brown belt) and still a young sprout, I had my first aula de capoeira in L.A. with Mestre Boneco (Capoeira Brasil) in 1999. Then, after a period of injuries and some ups and downs I started off again in the beginning of 2002 with Mestre Matias and the Group Brasil Capoeira, first in Basel with Instrutor Linguinha and then in Bern with Mestre Matias. Ever since, I can't imagine a life without Capoeira anymore... it has become my soul food, a door to the world and my extended family.
