and dont worry about learning super cool moves-- some are easier than you think and youll get them no doubt... hehe i can (well.. in an un-injured state) do a couple cool things that i thought i wouldnt have learned like that... and as always, basics basics basics.. this capoeira lesson brought to you by the letter A..lol. jk anyway hope all is well, keep me posted! let me know if youre ever passing through md for capoeira or anything else! :)

nice to know that there still Asian people who have strong will to learn some kind of Martial Art that aren't from their origin! no fence y', it's just that i kinda have d'same situation like y'! =)
