I was just sitting in my room listening to an Audio Book on The Tao Te Ching and had a flash of something.
I like to read and practice teachings from Buddhism and Taoism and I think this has something to do with my love for Capoeira. The speaker was talking about "melting into harmony" or going with the flow of things.
I thought about how this relates to Capoeira. I thought about my instrutor saying "If you dont move you get hit"
