So, I'm sure you've all heard something like this before but here's what I think: Capoeira is like Life. How you play in the roda say alot about who you are as a person. Once I started understanding some of the strengths and flaws in my game, I also started understanding alot about myself as an individual...

It was great to see you too!!! It's been a while...I've been training more Mondays and Wednesdays now, instead of the usual Tuesday-Thursdays.
