I've been doing capoeira on and off since 2001, starting first with Angola style, and moving on to regional. The group I studied with at first was the Low Country Capoeira Angola Society in Savannah, GA, under C.M. Chicago, and then with Grupo Bantu under C.M. Bundo, and then with Cordão de Ouro in Atlanta, under C.M. Muriel. These expereinces have taught me a lot about capoeira, and it is a permanent part of my spirit.
I'm also a fashion designer, and am working on some ideas that will be marketed firstly to capoeristas. So look out for me soon!
I'm also in a local Atlanta band called QUENCH. Please look us up....like, RIGHT NOW! Here's the link: myspace.com/trainingcerberus. I really hope my Capoeira family out there loves it and can come out!
Oi, Lobinho! Todo tá bon! ¿Cómo vai Vocé? The weather there, I'm sure is fine... We've just gotten into warmer times up here; just in time for all my classmates to be taking finals... So I'm hoping we've still got class this week..
