I am an all around Capoeirista. I started Capoeira Angola with Mestre Nego Gato in 1995 and remained a part of the group until 2003. From then to 2005 I trained on my own until I joined Grupo Bantu Beira Mar (formerly Grupo Bantu) in 2005 and have been intensively studying Regional since then. All together it has been thirteen years since I fell in love with Capoeira.
