- Started training in 2005 in Baltimore, MD with Instructor Bae (Bahia), Oficina da Capoeira.
In November 2006 i started a 4 month stay in Brasil.
A torn Achilles Tendon has taken me out of training since shortly after my return at the end of March. I am going to spend 3 weeks in Brasil this December as well.
