Ha! The head of Capoeira Mandinga Michigan (Detroit)'s "nome da guerra" is also "Trovoada," and HE (Yes, male) is Black!

To be even more ironic, Professor Fiasca--that's Eddy Gordo (from Tekken)'s nome da guerra--is here in Hawaii, and he's a short (shorter than my 5'7"), skinny, WHITE VEGAN!
