sou capoeira...

lately i haven't been around here much..it's just that there are so many things to do and go to!

my capoeira is going well, at the moment i'm just having troubles with my acrobatic moves..i just can't seem to have enough energy to perform a perfect one..for example armada com martelo pulado or aú sem măo. well i know that these are not by any chance the easiest moves..but nevertheless...i'm being impatient as usual!=)

so, we passed another workshop. it's been hard, it's been educational, it's been fun and it's been positive! despite my disabilty to move freely adn not being able to do capoeira because of my back, i've participated a great deal to this workshop and therefor i don't feel so bad. of course i would rather jogo capoeira, but it is as it is.
