Thanks fpr re-adding. How you been? I am very busy now, work during day, school after work till 11pm. As soon doctors say I can start to train again, I will have to find out how I will get to train atleast once a week I guess. Hope to hear soon from you.

- i train w palmares, in queens but i try to go to fica as much as time/work permits (not as often as i wish!)... it's seriously the most humbling experience each and every time, i feel like i'm 2 feet tall and i leave w the feeling that capoeira is so vast, i will never stop learning. it's an awesome enviroment =)
i was attracted to d site bc im a packaging designer, and i dont meet too many ppl that design as well ;)
by any chance to do u know bianca/conelho? she used to train w abada
