Barbicha: From what I've heard it's a combination of Shaggy (from Scooby Doo), and goatee. I think it's obvious to assume that I kinda look like Shaggy and have a goatee.
Oi Fragil! Hope all is good... really like your blog - havent checked it out with all the attention it deserves yet, but i must say that preto velho is like one of my favourite songs, ever! wicked:)
Get a nice, good-fitting pair of cross trainers, not too squishy or thick in the heel, etc.. The lighter the nicer, I wear (sometimes) these wilson tennis shoes, and they're heavy! I like it 'cause I kick hard, but I definitely feel the weight for those long, exhausting rodas. Make sure they have good ventilation too, or they'll kill your feet.
well, you should stick it on your blag, man. I checked that out too, nice song on the page. And the video was hilarious!
Waiting for that next nice, big article...
I don't really have an AIM, I just meant the capoespaco chat box.
Might work on that, but.. nothing yet. How's capoeira treating you? Nothing hurt, right..?
Hey Welcome to the Site! Thx for the message, I hope the site grows to but you know like capoeira it all depends on everyone who is apart of it to help make it grow.
I train in New York City now with Grupo FICA Angola. I just recently made the switch from Contempary capoeira to strickly angola. I found angola much more interesting for me, and better for me as a dancer because it has much more dancy element to the game with the manginga and style of jogo (game)
