Yo, what's good all my capoe espaco homies... Oh my goodness I'm stoked, we just had Carnival Brasil, and it was incredible. So much good music, so much dancing.. From like 7 to 2am it was the illest.. We gave a capoeira performance/workshop and even though there were only like, 6 of us (and some of them are pretty new) we rocked it out. Ahhahaa, I have great news.. You see, for most of the year I was in a big case, in trouble for some things I did/used to be. I ran from the cops, went to jail. Had dozens of court dates, and was generally a wreck about the whole thing. The potential consequences were serious. Like years in prison. So the stress on my life for the past 8 months was pretty heavy. I wasn't able to work, was homeless for some of that time. Things were hard. But now, I'm almost sentenced, only one more week

Allright.. I've been awake for way too long, so I'm writing a "blog" to try and empty my brain and sleep. So here goes...

I broke my arm skateboarding like, 4 or so years ago. Broke my arm is the wrong description. Shattered my elbow. That's the right description. I fell from the coping of a 9.5 foot deep bowl, landing in the concrete flat with my left arm under my body.
