yes,I live in NYC, I'm part of the group CAPOEIRA BRASIL NY-mestre Caxias!
I stoped to train few months ago 'cause I got hurt into the RODA ,and I'm not able to train for now,but hopefully I'll go back to my classes next year,,,!!

i'm doing great, thanx, just arrived in ecuador, visiting family&friends and getting some sun =) i know u guys are all workaholics up there, but try not to overload ok? leisure, and especially capoeira, is a lot more important!! next time i come around we'll spend some more time training & playing together, aight? miss u! beijosss

Get used to the work environment. There are times when work will swallow you up. I'm glad you found someone that can assist you in smiling. :) Don't sweat the batizado. As of right now, I'm trying to see if I can make it to my own batizado..lol
TB bem amor..Miss you too Life has been a struggle for me...I've been busy with school, work, and USN Reserves. How are things on your end? Will you come down for our Batizado?

And time at the gym? Nice! I've been spending time at the gym a lot myself, in addition to rock climbing competitively.
