Hey I just got word you meet Mikhaila from New York haha she told me she meet you recently when she visited your group. .. lol man this is a small world. . .capoeira has its way of connecting people naturally. All we gota do is love it, train, and it will take us places and allow us to meet so many new people to learn from!! Thats awesome!

good thing for 2nd opinions! hehe. ive been doing capo for about 2 years if you take out the breaks/pauses... 2 years and some change if you dont. my training experience has been solid, then still solid, then shaky, then a bit more solid..hehe long story. youre from nj? i went to school there--thats where it all began! lol. whats capo like in the phillippines?
eeeeek. well good thing you didnt need surgery--although injuries in general suuuuuuuuck...! hehe. i was so puzzled by the mcl not needing surgery to heal i even looked it up a little..lol. for me surgery was necessary if i "ever wanted to do sports again" hehe. anyway glad to hear you recovered, and that aerial in your pic is nice. how long you been doin capo?
ahh i tore a ligament in my knee too! hehe.. ACL? PCL? mine was acl. so the reason for the huge brace is bc i had surgery to fix it and sooooo i was stuck quite immobile for a while. still getting back into the swing of things actually! whats the story with yours? (hoorayyy for knee stories..lol)
So, I replied to you a few hours ago--on my own wall. Clearly, the gross number of hours I've spent on facebook hasn't taught me how these social networking sites work yet. XD
