Event Description

Celebrating renewal and freedom as we remember "Juneteenth", the day in which the last of the slaves in the United States were freed from the plantations and ranches years after the Emancipation Proclaimation. We also remember our roots in Capoeira, the Afro-Brasiliian martial art of expression. Join us on this beautiful day of liberation.

Capoeira workshops, batisado and cord change for Grupo Unidade Capoeira.
