About Me:: Well, the name's Lahai, and I started on November 6, 2007 with a small group in the Big K. We have class twice a week and you get alot from just taking one class. I'm not the "best" player out there, but I do enjoy playing. In my capoeira group and within the Berkeley, CDG Denver, and Miami group, I'm known as Pavio. Pavio means "wick", "short fuse", and "string". I got the name because during a workshop that was taught by Mestre Ra I accidentally hit on his girlfriend and when he got in my face about it I got really intense. So they call me Pavio because he was just giving me a hard time and he thought I was trying to "dip my wick" into his girl. I'm trying to incorporate Malicia and Malandragem into my life, and overrall it works pretty well, however, my temper can get in the way of all of that. Even though I'm hot-headed, I am overrall a pretty cool guy I suppose. I am usually in a good, calm mood. Besides my personality and Capoeira, I play bass in a band, am an important political character in a foreign country, and also study Iaido, Kendo, Jodo, Tantojutsu, a bit of Aikijutsu, Street-Self Defense, and Nigerian Boxing. And for extra info on me, I have lots of nicknames like Tego, C.L. Smooth, Jim Kelly, Lahizzum, Tree, Lahoe, Manjah, Stretch, Prince, etc.

Favorite Music:: I like Rock (Metal, Alternative, Indie, Soft Rock, Classic Rock, Hard Rock, Metalcore, etc), Rap, Hip-Hop, World, Dance, Techno, and Electronica.
